- Covers Premature Greys & Makes Hair Thicker / Infused Oil
Crush two or three flowers and leaves in a mortar and pestle. Add half a cup of coconut oil. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once it cools down, apply it on your scalp.
- Reduces Split Ends & Promotes Hair Growth / Shampoo
Crush a few leaves with water and store in a bottle. When you wash your hair, take a small amount, add a few drops of hair oil and work into a lather on your hair. Wash off like you would a regular shampoo.
- Makes Hair Softer & Repair Damaged Hair / Conditioner
Crush or blend the petals of two or three flowers. Add water to make a paste. After you shampoo, apply the paste on your hair and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
- Repairs Damaged Hair & Makes Hair Softer / Hair Tonic
Dry some hibiscus leaves in the sun for a week. Powder and store in an airtight container. Boil a spoonful of the powder with half a glass of water and apply with cotton wool on the scalp every two days.

Grind a few leaves with a teaspoonful of amla powder and water. Apply the paste to the roots and leave on for half an hour before rinsing.

Soak some fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind them with a few hibiscus leaves and buttermilk the next morning. Apply the paste to the scalp and leave on for an hour before washing off.
