Orange Glazed Grilled Chicken Breast

• 150 gms chicken breasts
• 2–3 oranges
• 5 gms chopped garlic
• 5 gms chopped celery
• 3 gms fresh thyme
• 3 gms chopped parsley
• 50 gms tangerine powder
• 5 gms brown sugar
• 100 mls orange juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste


• Marinate chicken breasts with chopped garlic, celery, thyme, and salt and pepper.
• Heat a pan, add the olive oil and then the marinated chicken.
• Peel the oranges and cut them into small pieces.
• Add the tangerine powder, orange juice and brown sugar to the mixture.
• Cook for 10–15 minutes until the mixture has thickened.
• For garnishing, use sliced oranges and parsley.
• Serve hot with mashed potatoes.
